About Us

Save Your Hands!® Injury Prevention & Ergonomics Solutions offers publications, consulting, training and continuing education for manual therapists, the businesses that hire them and the schools that train them. Our expert instructors have all been educated as manual therapists, with additional training and experience in ergonomics. Using this unique perspective and expertise, we help manual therapists in the United States, Canada and worldwide learn how to prevent injury and work with greater comfort and safety, including physical therapists and assistants (PTs and PTAs), occupational therapists and assistants (OTs and OTAs), massage therapists, bodyworkers, athletic therapists and trainers, chiropractors, osteopaths, nurses and physicians.

Save Your Hands!® courses are approved by NCBTMB (Provider #1286), the Florida Board of Massage Therapy (Provider #50-11457), Texas Dept. of State Health Services (License #CE1463), and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (as well as the other Canadian Boards who use their approval as standard), College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador, Natural Heath Practitioners of Canada and the Remedial Massage Therapists Association.

The Save Your Hands! management team is led by Becky SanGregorio, LMT, ACIPI.  Ms. SanGregorio has been a massage therapist for 20+ years.  She opened her first core educational facility in 2003 and noticed the high rate of injury and burnout among bodyworkers in the fast growing massage therapy industry.  She trained as a Certified Injury Prevention Instructor in 2010 and immediately began implementing the injury prevention techniques for new student therapists as part of their core training at her Academy.  Ms. SanGregorio provides consultations - to private facilities and schools - as well as personally conducting the CIPI program at Save Your Hands!   Ms. SanGregorio received thorough training from both Lauriann Greene and Rick Goggins (authors of the 2nd Edition Save Your Hands! textbook) and continues to uphold the mission that her mentors started many decades ago.

Ms. SanGregorio is a member of both ABMP and AMTA, an Allied Member with Alliance for Massage Therapy Education and a supporter of the Massage Therapy Foundation.
