You can reach us from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Thursday (excluding U.S. national holidays). Orders received after 4pm on Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Shipping & Handling
Orders must be shipped to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes). Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Thursday. Orders received after 4pm on Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Orders are shipped using the customers’ choice of the following methods:
• FedEx Ground (business) or FedEx Home Delivery (residential) (Allow 3-6 business days)
• FedEx Express Saver (Allow 3 business days)
• FedEx Standard Overnight (Allow 1-2 business days) (within continental US only)

• FedEx International Priority (Varies by country)*
• U.S. Postal Service Express Mail International (usually 6 days, varies by country)*

All orders are shipped with insurance and tracking, except U.S. Postal Service First Class Package service.
