Save Your Hands!® Workshops

Earn 3, 6, or 8 CEs as you learn hands-on, practical techniques and tips to reduce fatigue and discomfort, prevent musculoskeletal injury, and extend your career. Attendees learn to reduce the physical demands of their work on their own bodies while still providing a thorough hands-on treatment to their clients. These innovative workshops are available for professionals and students.

Combining lecture and discussion with fun, innovative activities and plenty of hands-on practice, the workshops are taught in an informal style that encourages active participation. Attendees come away from the workshop with an excellent overview of ergonomics and injury prevention principles, and a self-care action plan including changes they will make to their practice based on what they have learned.

Save Your Hands!® Workshops are taught by our highly-trained Certified Injury Prevention Instructors (CIPIs) throughout the U.S. (and soon also in Canada and Europe). You can find a CIPI in your area to teach a workshop at your clinic, spa, association, etc., or check our Event Calendar for a workshop near you. "I have been a continuing education provider for  12 years and, you might want to know, after taking a class from Lauriann Greene I changed some of the techniques I was teaching routinely. Even though my program is Beyond Trigger Points Seminars: Putting Your Hands to Better Use, your book and workshop reshaped some of my protocal. We think we have to work so hard at the table-but it can be so much easier when we work smarter! Thanks for your great work for the massage community."   -- Cathy Cohen, LMT"
