It teaches body mechanics, technique adjustment, hand safety, self-care and injury treatment options. This course is open to all licensed massage therapists. Many massage therapists do not take care of their own bodies. This course will open your eyes and prolong your career as a professional bodyworker.

This course is approved by the NCBTMB and AMTA for 8 continuing education hours. 
This course is approved by the states of Florida and Nebraska.

This course is accepted by the states of: Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Washington, DC, West Virginia.

The following states do not currently license for massage therapy, but this course can be used for NCBTMB renewal: California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Wisconsin and Wyoming.  However, individual cities may have licensing laws. Please check your city ordinances for continuing education requirements.

Home study courses are not accepted by the states of: Iowa, Arkansas and Texas.
